Tangy Summer Veggie Salad

1 Pint Grape or cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cucumber sliced and cut in half moons
1 red bell pepper cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup parsley sprigs
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix it all up in a bowl. Let it sit for a least 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
